Partly Cloudy

It was another normal sunny evening in the city of Los Angeles. The city was packed with cars, trucks and pets. The sun was glazing as it was going down and I was starting to fall asleep.

 There were big fluffy clouds. Not normal clouds they were clouds with powers that made dogs, cats and mini toys. They would also rap the toys up.

 My job was to give the toys to people. I get to go all around the world and meet amazing people. One time I had to give a package to Richie macaw he had a Mancini.

 I got to deliver cool stuff to people like dogs, cats, balls and mini cars. My job was all I could ask for. Everybody was happy and joyful. Sometimes we got gift as well and we got to chose.It was so great to meet new people, pets, daredevils and wrestlers.

 But the cool thing was I got to work with my family. my dad, mom 34 brother's and 31 sisters. They all looked like me and worked like. 

My job was like the best job in the world. My partner was corbyn he was a cloud. he was one, of the clouds who made the toy who made the pets. 

and rapt the stuff if It wasn't for him I would be making people happy. Corbyn was light pink with spots of white. He felt like cotton balls that you would liked to eat. He smelled heavenly. When I fell down I would always give him a cdole. 

 But not all the could were cool and nice. There was always one that stood out. His name was snap. He wasn't the best at making toys but there were some people who liked what he makes.

 I was the only one to volunteer to help him. I always felt sad for him. Every time he makes a mistake the more people hate him. Oh no what's he going to make now. 

A porcupine you gotta be kidding me. PINCH PINCH OCH BANG as the spikes was digging in my skin. I'm back what do have now puff it was a shape of a shark.

 I have an idear I said in my head. I need some stuff. Corbyn I fly away to find corbyn. There you are can I have a helmet and some strong . I’m back now I gotta package to deliver. Let’s do this.

w.a.l.t simplifying fractions

        Hi my name is sage. the past week we have been learning to simplifying fractions. Here is my video enjoy! 

The class slime

The past year my class has been trying to get a marble day. marble day is when my class gets all 100 marble in to a jar and then we get a fun day which in my way is culled marble day. To Get a marble in the jar we need to be good, keep quiet and do you work . here is how me make slime .

1. Mix water and borax
2. Then add one cup of warm water
3. Then to this add one teaspoon of borax
4. Mix this together until the all borax has dissolved
5. Then put the borax mixture aside
6. Get a bowl
7. Then you will need pva school glue
8. Take half a cup of glue and add it to the bowl
9. Then take half a cup of shaving cream and add it to the clue
10. Add half a cup of foaming hand wash and add that to the bowl
11. After you add all the ingredients mix it all.
12. Then add one tablespoon of cornstarch
13. Now put in some body lotion
14. Then put some food coloring in this is optional
15. Then get your borax mixture and add a little bit at a time
16. Then you mix it until it is not sticky
17. And that is how to make slime

  

School Extravagance

This past team the school have been praising dances and plays for the school extravagance. We performed at the high school adatoem. Last night at 6:oo we had our first extravagance . My class have been working on dances.

 We had to dance to old songs from 2001 NZ music month. I was danging to the song Slice of heaven. In my group was me, Jasper, Sam, Corbyn, Broke, Tasharn, Shanarnia, Mikayla and Dominique.

 Our costume were jeans and a Top. I also had to preform for the pacific group. The costume was a samon lava lava and shirt less. 

for my class preference i was a little nerves but then I was proud. And for the the Pacific I was really really nerves because I had no shirt. Then it was my last thing to do it was the haka.

For the haka I war the same costume as the pacific costume. No shirt, and a lava lava. Then it was time to go home.

I looked at my dad and told him i was going to change. I went and took off my lava lava and put my shirt back on. I went back on the stage and looked at my dad and said we can go now. 

He was chring to come down but there were to much people in the way. Finally he got down and we went home. I got home a i had some food       

   

  

The Journey

I was walking down the crinkling stairs one stormy day. The stairs led into the dark spooky basement. The basement was as big as a cargo plane. But the big basement only had one light located at the very back. That was also where my big black piano that I won at a carnival was. The reason why I came in the basement was to go on the piano. I played my favorite song. It was music to my old ears. The first bit of song reminded me of times that were hard and times that were magical. The first bit reminded me of when my wife sadly passed away with cancer. I could feel her soft and long hair lying on my shoulder. Aaaaaah, I could still hear her playing the piano like an angel. A tear dropped from my eye. Next on my magical journey through the soothing tunes of the piano. It was world war 1 and there was a lot of noise. It was another sad time. I was running to get cover from all the shooting. My friend Danny was there too. He looked at me and said I well shot and you well stay here. I said no but it was to late he had gotten shot. I pulled him behind the wall. He was a good man. It was nice to see you serve the country r.i.p. Next it was my 9th birthday and my dad had gave me a hobby horse, . I hopped and ran all around the house with joy. I could imagine what I was doing I went and sat right beside my old self and he played the other side of the piano while I did the other side. Everything disappeared out of my mind as the song ended.

Pirate Zone

The past week my writing group has been writing A story about Somalia. Somalia is a country that had a lot of pirates. here is my writing enjoy. 

It was another pirate day and a boat was appearing in the distance. I told my crew to look they said it’s a another pirate ship. it got closer and closer and closer it got up to the stage when we knew that it was not a pirate ship. it was an invader I told my crew to point the ship towards the other ship. It was like war we got to the back of the big white ship and took out the people that were, guarding the engine of the ship. We made our way to the captain I took his hat and said give me the key mate. He looked at me like he had a idea. Finally he gave me the key and I turned the ship off and told my bodyguard to lock him up. I was confused my bodyguard did not answer me I looked to my right and I saw a tool white robot I ran to my left but another robot was there. They tied me up and took the key and the hat back. They told me to look outside the window and I saw my crew tied up. They threw us over the boat and we went away. Whenever we saw another ship that was big and while we would all way keep away.

Cultural Show

This term we have been looking at different cultures. For the last 3 weeks we have been learning a traditional cultural dance. I learnt the Sasa. I was so happy that the parents were enjoying my culture dance. I was  felt  proud.

Seniors Spencer Park Trip

On Friday the seniors went to Spencer Park. There were 2 buses, 5 cars and I went in Keri’s car and played silence with Jared for 10 minutes. Then I won silence with Jared.after we all played  Chinese whispers.

When we got there we lined up in our class line. Then we were off on our first thing that was the swamp I thought it will small but it did not. We looked for some  boards in the bored hide out we could see everything from up there I saw a swan that was brown and a long neck and feet like a  penguin.

After the lagoon we went back to bays and played on the playground for a little. Then we went to the beach we got to take our shoes off and I went and put my feet in the water and the water was nice and cool. Then we searched for some shells. Then we all had a sand castle competition and my team was me, Waisea, Rocky, Jackson and Mikaere. Then we went back to our bags to have lunch I had a sandwich with cabbage, tomatoes and a patty. It was one of a kind.

After lunch we got to play on the playground for a long time. South Hornby School was on the playground too. My friends from my rugby team was there too, Quaidin, Levi, Harry and Joe. We walked around. Sadly, it was time to go home so my school went to get our bags and then we sat down and listened to the teacher. We had to line up in our class lines.  I went home in Keri’s car again.

Beach Art

W.A.L.T  create an sculpture using objects from the beach. my sculpture name is braid of heard                    On the 10th of march we went to Spencer Park beach.The nice wavy sounds of the sea was so calming as I was digging holes, in the nice soft sand and finding shale.some moments later I could see same shale's in the d so, I went to see and I something I did not know what it was. I went to the teacher to see what it was and it was hairy a he part of a mussel  . Then we had a sand Chelsea companionship.my one was so big. . after we all had to put my shews and socks. it was time to go back to bays.

The present

In Ako Ngatahi we had to write a narrative about a video. It was about a boy opening a present that was a dog with three legs. Here is the video of the present. I hope you enjoy my story.

One sunny day I was playing on my PS 4 was playing my Favorite game I had lots of fun ,Then my mum came in from going somewhere. She open the blinds I said AAA then, she gave me a box and said it was a present for me, it was weird because she never gives me a present often, so I was surprised so I opened it and it was a dog. The boy loved it but then I saw that it had a missing leg ,it was gross so I kicked it away and the boy kicked the box away then the dog came back, so I kicked it again. it see's the red ball under the carbide it ran to it, and hit it’s head on it I left then it looked at me so I looked at my game.It came to me and gave me the ball I kicked it then, it ran to it and it ran in the box and got stuck it bent its head on the table then it got out and got the ball and ran back so I ,started to like it it was cool,silly,and it has something  like me so I got, my crochet and got the ball and went outside, and got the ball out of my pocket and I fro it the dog ran to get it.    At the start I fort it was gross and way wood my mum, give me a dog with three legs but, then I know it was because it was, like me and that it feels like me and I, feel it to me having something like ,me was way my mum got it ,and it was that I have a missing ,leg and that the dog has a missing leg too.
